My Trip To Lullymore. 26/09/2011

ON THE BUS

last Thursday we went to lullymore bog.3rd 4th 5th and 6th all pilled onto the bus just after 20 past nine.It was a long drive.On the wat there we saw a house with lamas in the garden and a dead mink on the road.

WHEN WE ARRIVED

When we arrived at lullymore we were greeted by 2 people,they were the people who would do activitys with us.Firstly we had our lunch everyone was hungry after being on the bus.After that we were split in to two groups.5th and 6th were one and 3rd and 4th the other.

ACTIVITIES

5TH and 6th class went for an insect safari first. we were told that we would be looking for frogs ,newts and any other insects we could find.We were split into groups.In my group was MaryScully,Tierna Maguire ,Jack Hayes and Ronan Swords. We went looking for insects. We found frogs, newts, beetles, spiders and worms. Our guide said that the most frogs that they found in one day was 82.After that we had lunch .After lunch we went pond dipping .my group found a great diving beetle,4 waterboatmen and a dragon fly nymph.
